MR PAL LLC ("we", "the studio") runs this site. This page says exactly what we collect from you, why we have it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form, plus your selections on it:

  • Name and email address — required, so we can hold your slot and reply.
  • Company name, phone or WhatsApp number, and where your traffic comes from — optional. Leave them blank and nothing breaks.
  • Your booking selections — the month, country, language, exclusive title and plan you picked.
  • The page you submitted from.

We never ask for and never receive payment card details. If you pay a deposit, that happens on Stripe's own hosted checkout. Your card number, expiry and security code go to Stripe and never touch this site or our servers.

2. Why we have it

  • To hold the country slot you selected and to tell you when it is confirmed or released.
  • To answer you — by email, or on a call if you asked for one.
  • To build and configure your app if you go ahead.
  • To keep our own records of who booked what, which we are required to do for tax and accounting.

If you are in the UK or EU: our lawful bases are performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before one) for everything to do with your booking, and legitimate interests for keeping ordinary business records. We do not rely on consent for any of the above, because none of it is marketing.

We do not send marketing email. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any purpose, ever.

3. Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the booking, each seeing only what it needs:

WhoWhat they getWhy
Our form handlerYour form submissionTo deliver it to us
Our email providerYour email address and our correspondenceTo send and receive replies
StripeYour payment details, which you give them directlyTo take the deposit and any subscription
Our scheduling toolYour name, email and chosen slotOnly if you book a call
Microsoft ClarityHow you use the site: pages, clicks, scrolling, device, approximate location. What you type is masked before it leaves your browser. To see where visitors get stuck and improve the site. Where consent is required, only after you say yes.

We may also disclose information if a court or law requires it. If that happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

We are a US company and these providers may process your information in the United States and elsewhere. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, it is done under the providers' standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used — which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and recordings of clicks and scrolling, so we can see where people get stuck. Clarity masks what you type into forms before anything leaves your browser; we never see your name, email or phone in a recording. It sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. If you book, we link your visit to your booking so we can see what you saw before you asked.

If you are in the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland, you are asked first, and nothing loads if you say no. You can change your answer at any time. We may also use advertising pixels (Meta, Google) to measure which ads bring people here; they run under the same choice. The only other third-party request the page makes is to Google Fonts for the typefaces. Microsoft's own notice is at privacy.microsoft.com.

5. How long we keep it

  • You booked and became a customer: for as long as you are a customer, then seven years, because tax law requires it.
  • You inquired but did not go ahead: twenty-four months, then deleted.
  • You ask us to delete it: within thirty days, apart from anything we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Send you a copy of everything we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose.

Email contact@titledeedstudios.com and we will action it within thirty days. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult.

If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the UK that is the ICO. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to booking records is limited to people at the studio who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise: if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as fast as the law requires.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects people who have already booked, we will email them rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
