Terms of Service

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms govern the agreement between MR PAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("the studio", "we"), and you, the operator. By paying a deposit you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before you pay rather than after.

1. What we provide

  • The catalog. Every vertical drama series we release during your subscription, licensed to you under the License Terms, which form part of this agreement.
  • The app. A vertical streaming app carrying your brand and served from your domain, with a coin wallet, per-episode unlocks and VIP.
  • The console. A dashboard for your catalog, branding, coin packs, ad slots, users and reporting.
  • Bandwidth to the limit stated in your plan, each month.

We provide the service as a license to use, not a sale. The app software, the platform and the catalog remain ours.

2. The deposit

The $199 deposit credits in full against your first month's fee. It holds your country slot and your exclusive title from the moment it clears, which takes both off the board for every other operator. The title is confirmed when your app goes live and is yours for as long as you stay subscribed, up to the exclusive period in the License Terms.

The deposit is non-refundable. Because it removes a slot other operators could have taken, we would rather you were sure before you pay it — a free call with the team is offered on the booking page, and you are welcome to take it before deciding anything.

One exception: if we release your slot — because your first payment is not completed within thirty days of the deposit, or because we cannot deliver what you booked — we return the $199 to the original payment method within ten working days.

3. Fees and billing

  • Plan fees are stated on the pricing page and are billed monthly in advance.
  • We take no revenue share. What your app earns is yours in full.
  • The founding rate applies to the first ten operators worldwide and is kept for as long as they stay subscribed; setup on Launch and Growth is free for them. After that the standard rate and a one-time setup fee apply, at the amounts shown on the pricing page.
  • Add-ons are quoted before they are charged. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement in writing.
  • Fees exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST, which is added where applicable.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. A failed payment does not immediately suspend you — we will email you and give you seven days to fix it.

We may change plan pricing with thirty days' written notice. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect and owe nothing further.

4. The build

We aim to have your app live within thirty days of your deposit clearing. That target assumes you supply what we need — brand assets, domain access, and your payment and ad account details — within a reasonable time of us asking. Delay in providing those extends the timeline by the same period.

If we fail to deliver a working app within ninety days for reasons that are our fault, you may cancel and receive a full refund of everything you have paid.

5. What is yours

If this agreement ends, for any reason, you keep:

  • Your brand, name, logo and domain.
  • Your users and their data, exportable at any time in a standard format.
  • Your payment accounts, your ad accounts and all revenue already earned.

What ends is your access to the catalog and to the platform. We will give you thirty days after termination to export your data before we delete our copy.

6. What you are responsible for

  • Your own marketing, traffic and spend.
  • Your own legal compliance in the countries you operate in — including consumer, tax, advertising and data protection law.
  • Your relationship with your own users, including their support, refunds and terms.
  • Keeping your console credentials secure.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell or sub-license the catalog outside your own app.
  • Permit downloading, ripping or re-uploading of episodes to any other platform.
  • Remove or obscure copyright marks or embedded identifiers.
  • Market the catalog outside the territory your plan covers.
  • Represent the catalog as your own production, or claim authorship of it.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or in any way that would place our chain of title at risk.

Serious or repeated breach lets us suspend or terminate immediately. Where the breach is fixable we will tell you what is wrong and give you fourteen days to fix it first.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, by email, effective at the end of your current billing month. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no minimum term beyond the month you are in. We do not refund part-months.

Canceling ends your exclusive title with your app. Your marketing rights in that title end on the last day of the billing month you have paid for. The exclusive is three paid months in a row (four on Scale) and does not survive a cancellation: the remaining months are not kept, credited or refunded, and the deposit is not returned. We hold the title for seven days in case you come back; after that it goes to the next operator in your country.

We may terminate for material breach under clause 7, or on sixty days' written notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we refund any period you have paid for but not received.

9. No income guarantee

We make no income claims and we guarantee no result. Nothing on this site or in any conversation with us is a forecast, promise or projection of revenue, conversion, retention or profit.

What your app earns depends on your traffic, your spend, your market and your execution. You could earn nothing. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, it is provided "as is" without further warranty.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the total fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

This cap does not apply to our indemnity for third-party intellectual property claims arising from the catalog, which is set out in the License Terms.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you rights you cannot waive, this clause does not take them away.

Before either side starts proceedings, we both agree to spend thirty days genuinely trying to resolve the dispute by discussion.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect thirty days after we email you, and if you do not accept them you may cancel before they apply. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
